An ordinance amending the Rush Township Zoning Ordinance of 1980 and particularly section 407.3 to include subsection (f) which provides and allows for processing, storage and distribution of materials that are products of agricultural areas of the S-1 district. A significant portion of the material is to be raised on the premises of whoever wishes to process, store and/or distribute the product. The agricultural areas would be defined by the land use in Rush Township Comprehensive Plan.
