This ordinance sets forth the rules, regulations, procedures, costs and fees relating to the excavation, back filling and resurfacing of township streets including, but not limited to, permit requirements, procedures and fees; applicant requirements; safety measures to be used; inspection and inspection fees; resurfacing fees; payment and/or waiver of fees; performance bonds; and violations and penalties.
