An ordinance providing that owners or occupants of property shall clear sidewalks within 24 hours after a snowfall, also providing for costs of snow removal to be charged against the owner or occupant if the Township is required to remove the snow; also providing and making unlawful for any person in Rush Township to deposit, transfer or shovel snow upon public streets and forbidding the operation of snowmobiles, sleds and similar devices during a time of flooding, snow emergency or snow removal in such a manner as to interfere with the operations of Rush Township in keeping the roads clear and making a violation thereof a summary offense.
