An ordinance determining to incur debt of $160,750 and such debt shall be incurred as lease rental debt and shall be the several and proportionate share (50%) of the 1996 promissory note in the maximum principal amount of $321,500 to be authorized and issued by Northeastern Joint Schuylkill Municipal Authority in connection with the planning and design of sanitary sewage collection in and for certain portions of the Township and the Township of Ryan.
