A resolution authorizing NSJMA for the purposes of its facilities, to enter in, under and upon any and all public streets or other ways and prescribing condition of entry; granting the authority the right and easement to construct and maintain such facilities under such streets and ways; repealing inconsistent ordinances and resolutions.
