A Ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of this township authorizing and directing issuance of a general obligation note of this township, to be designated general obligation note, Series C of 2000, to be dated the date of delivery thereof, in the maximum principal amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000), pursuant to the act of the general assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania know as the Local Government Unit Debt Act, to provide funds for a toward a capital project consisting of the acquisition and construction of certain sanitary sewage collection, transmission, treatment and disposal system facilities of this township, including the Hometown area sewer system, excluding the Lake Hauto area sewer system.
