An ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of this township authorizing and directing issuance of general obligation notes, in the aggregate principal amount of $730,000, to the United States of America acting through the Rural Utilities Service, United States Department of Agriculture, Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Local Government Unit Debt Act, to provide fund for and toward a project consisting of (1) acquisition and construction of a municipal services facility, located in this township, and of other facilities for use for township purposes, (2) refunding, as a current refunding issue, the general obligation note, series of 2002, of this township, heretofore issued for such purposes, and (3) paying related costs and expenses of financing.
