Resolution setting Lake Hauto sewer collection and disposal fee at $60.00 per month, to be collected on a quarterly basis with payment of$180.00 to be made within 30 days of bills sent by American Water. In the event that payment is not made as aforesaid, a 10% penalty shall be assessed against the nonpaying party. Resolution in effect commencing the 1st day of January 2008.
