Resolution setting the Hometown Sewer collection and disposal fee at $39.27 per month, to be collected on a quarterly basis with payment of $117.81 to be made within 40 days of bills sent by American Water. In the event that payment is not made as aforesaid, a 10% penalty shall be assessed against the nonpaying party. Resolution commencing the 1st day of January 2008.
